At GNova.pk, we value your satisfaction. Please read our Exchange & Return policy below:

**Exchange Eligibility:**  

• You may request an exchange within **4 days** of receiving your order.
• Exchanges are only accepted if:
• The item is damaged upon arrival
• You received the wrong product

**Conditions:**  

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Proof of issue (photo/video) must be shared with our support team via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

**Items Not Eligible for Return:**  

• Used, damaged, or broken items due to mishandling
• Custom or discounted items
• Items returned after the 2-day window

3. Our team will confirm eligibility
4. You may be asked to ship the item back
5. We’ll send a replacement once we receive the item

We currently do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are allowed under the conditions above.
